Strengths: Great natural quickness. Glove and leg quickness is outstanding. Game stealing ability. Strong finish to season. Competes.
Weaknesses: Streaky. Makes himself small. May need a lot of technical coaching. Poor puckhandler.
Some of the best natural athleticism and overall quickness I've seen from a WHL goaltender in a long time. When he's on, he's the best goaltender in the league. When he's not on, he can be awful. Does not react to giving up goals well.
Summary: Great natural ability and hope for some mental maturity in the future give him a lot of upside.
Target/Want: If Pickard is gone, I would hope to steal this guy with a late 2nd or early 3rd.
