Joey Leach / D: Full profile
Max Reinhart / C: Lots of natural talent and offensive smarts, but effort level isn't always there. Has a quick stick, can create a bit and an accurate shot. But isn't always willing to pay the price to score. Despite the lack of passion, has the sort of skill that's worth spending a mid- to late-round pick on.
Nathan Lieuwen / G: I'm still on this guy's bandwagon, but it seems everyone else has jumped off. Hard to believe he didn't even get a camp invite last summer. The concussion troubles are obviously the big red flag, but there's so much natural talent here. Spend a cheap (7th round) pick and see if he can turn in a healthy season next year.
Brock Montgomery / RW: Decent sized, plays with enthusiasm, and always willing to drop the gloves. But doesn't offer much skill. Not on my list, but some team could like the toughness enough to spend a late pick.
Christian Magnus / RW: Plenty of raw talent, but we're still waiting for him to put it together. Still can be a good junior player, but isn't a draft prospect at this point.
Drew Czerwonka / LW: Good size, likes to play physical. Threw a lot of huge hits this season. Hands didn't seem to come around this season, needs to go back to planting himself in front of the net.
Other 2010s: Elgin Pearce
2011 Outlook: Brendan Hurley, Jagger Dirk, Luke Paulsen. Liked Robert Dirk's kid a lot when he was in Salmon Arm earlier in the year, but he'll need to get more comfortable in major junior next season. He offers a lot of offense from the blueline, and would be somewhere in the middle rounds on my list right now. Hurley plays a big game, but he's going to need to produce next year - he'll be watched closely.
